If your payment is rejected, it's usually due to one of the following reasons:
1. Incorrect details
Please check that your card is valid and all details are accurate.
2. Rejected payment
Please get in touch with your bank if you suspect they rejected the payment.
3. Card not accepted
Azimo does not accept prepaid cards or corporate cards for personal accounts.
4. Incorrect card
The name on your card must be your own and match your Azimo account.
5. Duplicate card
The same card cannot be used for two accounts – only one account per customer.
Payments can be rejected by either your bank or Azimo. Here are some common reasons for rejection:
Please always double-check that your card details are entered correctly, especially the name of the cardholder.
Your bank may have rejected the payment, especially if it was unexpected. Please get in touch with your bank if you suspect that this is the case.
Azimo does not accept prepaid cards or corporate cards used on personal accounts. We only accept debit/credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, issued in the EEA. The card must have 16 digits, an expiry date and a CVV code.
The card belongs to someone else.
Please use your own card. The name on the card must match the name on your Azimo account.
The card was used on another Azimo account.
Users are requested to open only one Azimo account. As a result, cards can only be associated with one account.
