To collect from a Chedraui branch, the recipient must provide:

To acquire a Chedraui prepaid card (Tarjeta Dinamica):
- Your recipient should request a “Tarjeta Dinamica/prepaid card” at any Chedraui branch.
- To activate the card, they must call the 01-800 number on the back of the car (this phone number should match the one listed in your recipient’s details).
- Once complete, the transaction will be marked as 'Paid.' Your recipient may collect the funds at any Chedraui branch.
Note, ‘Paid’ doesn't mean the transaction has been collected by your recipient but that the transfer has been credited to their account (Tarjeta Dinamica).
