Payment methods include:
- Debit or credit card (maximum 12,000 GBP/13,500 EUR)
- Bank transfer via online banking (not available if you’re sending from Poland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Australia or Canada)
- SOFORT if you’re sending from Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy or Netherlands
- iDEAL if you’re sending from the Netherlands
- Interac e-Transfer if you’re sending from Canada
Please note that you can only use your own card to pay. If you’re using online banking to pay for your transfer, always send money from an account in your name and remember to include the reference number.
Where can my recipient collect the money? (Cash pick-up)
Your recipient can collect cash from any CashPlus location– there are over 1,400 in total.
See a full list of the locations here.
Transfers are mostly delivered within minutes, but please make sure your recipient brings a matching photo ID and pick-up reference to the pick-up location.
